Sales Tax

Orders placed by New York State (NYS) residents will be charged 8.375% Sales Tax; orders from other states will not be charged a Sales Tax.

Shipping Costs

Flat Rate Shipping:
$9.50 - Ground - 2 to 7 days, Continental USA Only
$29.50 - 2nd Day Air
$49.50 - Next Day Air - USA ONLY
$24.50 - Canada Standard
$94.50 - International Air

Orders over 20 pounds will be calculated via real-time DHL rates. There might be additional charges if your order is over 20lbs, over-sized, or must be shipped in separate boxes. If there are any changes to the shipping costs, we will contact you.

How and When We Ship

We ship most packages within 48 hours by DHL, UPS, or FedEx Ground (3-7 Day). All of these companies offer online tracking to avoid loss or damage.

If you would like to choose a faster shipping method, please select this option once you have finished placing your order. Keep in mind that DHL, UPS, and FedEX do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

Processing Time

• Estimated Processing Time + Estimated Shipping Time = Estimated Total Delivery Time
• If you place an order after 1 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST), we will begin processing it on the next business day. Processing can take from 1 to several days depending on the product. Special orders and custom made products may take longer.
• Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays.
• Estimated Total Delivery Time applies to all in-stock products only (no pre-orders, or back orders).
• If we must review an order for security reasons, that review may cause the Estimated Delivery Time to be delayed.
• We can't guarantee Estimated Shipping Time because the delivery company determines those times. However, we will expedite all orders to the best of our ability.

Signature Required

All BrickHouse Security Orders are shipped "Signature Required." If you cannot be at the shipping location for delivery, please contact DHL (800-CALL-DHL), FEDEX (800-GO-FEDEX), or UPS (800-PICK-UPS) directly to request that the company hold your order at the nearest facility, so you can pick up your shipment at your earliest convenience.

International Orders

We ship International Orders Worldwide via EMS Global Priority.

Special Orders
